Obese - are we or aren't we

Noticed in the paper today that foodprices are set to double well that should help with the obesity epidemic.

But hang on a minute according to the Australian yesterday the obesity epidemic is a myth with the headline

hysteria over fat children inflated

But wait there is more with the AMA claiming the obesity epidemic is no myth

However our Prime Minister Kevin Rudd sets it all straight when he said " the challenge of tackling obesity is a big one, but he is committed to the task."
